OUR PROCESS
The custom architectural design for your project begins with an introductory visit to your home. We take an active role in every project from inception through completion. Our creative expertise and years of experience ensure a unique design that compliments your home and lifestyle. We will discuss your ideas for the site, offer innovative suggestions, review your budget and take several pre-construction photographs. Soon after this meeting, we will schedule a second appointment to review the design and a detailed proposal. While your design is being developed, we simultaneously prepare your construction services proposal. This proposal is presented to you along with the completed design. Should there be any revisions to the design, the construction services proposal is updated to reflect those changes. Our construction team and contractors are experienced professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality workmanship. We are proud of our attention to every detail and guarantee that our clients will be pleased with the finished results.
The Clean Energy Maintenance team shares a passion for excellence and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Our shared goal is to transform your property into that spectacular space that you can't wait to come home to and love to show-off.
As a design/build company, we generally take on designs in which we will be handling the bulk of the installation. We can take on "design only" projects and can also work with clients who may like to install some of the items like plants or perennials themselves. We might tackle the majority of the project that requires the skilled labor and special equipment, but still leave a few areas for the weekend "Do It Yourselfer" to complete if desired.
